The PipePlus Machine combines versatility, high output, and simplicity into one outstanding package. With its three station rotary design, the PipePlus will produce pipe in numbers rivaling the most powerful and much more costly machines. Its versatility is unmatched by any machine. The PipePlus can produce three different pipe sizes or products at one time. Additionally, a ten minute form changeover time further enhances manufacturing flexibility and permits short production runs of special or lower volume products. The PipePlus uses the vibration under pressure process to manufacture concrete pipe in sizes 250mm (10”) to 1800mm (72”) in lengths up to 3.5M (12’). The machine also produces PVC lined pipe, nonround products such as arch and oval pipe, manholes and catch basin products.
