As each plants needs are unique, so is the CAP (Compon A Plant) Machine. With CAP, individual standardized components are integrated to create a machine with the level of versatility, productivity, and investment best suited for your specific application. In many cases, CAP allows you to take advantage of the efficiencies of the vibration production process with much less investment than other machines. Available in single or twin station configurations, typical CAP Machines have the capability to produce 250mm (10”) through 2000mm (78”) diameter concrete pipe in lengths of up to 3.5M (12’). CAP Machines are quite versatile and can be set up to produce PVC or PEHD lined concrete pipe; non-round products such as box, arch, and oval pipe; and a full range of manhole products.
