It's the only way to do it. Our machines combine a unique multi-amplitde and directional vibration technique with externally applied pressure. This process continuously applies vibration during both filling and pressure heading to assure that the aggregate particles are fully coated with cement paste. And applying pressure during vibration further compacts the concrete for maximum product density.
Close tolerance rubber gasket joints are a must. Individual machined joint formers are pressed into the product and remain in place until the concrete is set. Further, products are transported to the curing area securely supported in the form to prevent distrotion of the fresh concrete.
Every aspect of production is considered. Labor reduction is obvious and is made possible with automation and ergonomic design features.
Wearing parts are avoided in machine design and are virtually non-existent. The vibration process makes effective use of cement and puts no torque on the reinforcement cage, thus minimizing cement and reinforcement costs. Form changeover is quick and simple to eliminate lengthy machine downtime and reduce yard inventories. And solid machine construction keeps maintenance costs low.
